RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns for only two reasons (which will be explained below)
and for these t w o reasons only. There will be no refund on returns. We will
either replace the items or give store credit based on your choice.
1-You received wrong product (items you didn't order):
Please notify
us in two business days of receiving the order. We will give you an RA number
(return authorization number). Include this number with the items you are
returning and ship to us. After we check the wrong items, and that items are not
in your order , you will be reimbursed for shipping charges and we will ship you
the correct ones or give you store credit.
2-You received defective product:
Please notify us in two business days
of receiving the order. We will give you an RA number (return authorization
number). Include this number with the items you are returning. After examining
and confirming the defective products we will reimburse you for shipping charges
send you a replacement shipment or give you store credit.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without an RA number .
Refused returns will not entitle you for a replacement shipment, store credit or
refund, and will be subject to 25% re-stocking fee.
